When I attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA I was still working as a layout artist at a small print shop. I used Quark and some crazy HP plugin to send graphic designs to the Indigo 5000 Digital Printing press which I was certified and trained to run. It was my first day job and it was amazing. When I look back at my old artwork I really despise it. I immediately identified a dozen or so mistakes or moves that I wish I never made. But lately I’ve been appreciating the effort I put it into that piece…………….
